CAMP OLIVAS — Members of the CIDG-Tarlac and the Tarlac police launched its “Oplan Paglalansag Omega” on Thursday and arrested a man wanted for robbery and extortion in Tarlac province.
Region 3 CIDG chief Col. Norberto Delmas identified the suspect as Cesario David Baustista Jr., 64, of 251 Landing, Sta. Lucia, Capas, Tarlac, who yielded a .38 pistol.
Delmas said Bautista has a warrant for violation of RA 10591 issued by Capas, Tarlac RTC Branch 66 Judge Ronald Leo Haban.
Bautista is now under the custody of the Tarlac police.
