Former VP and Naga City Mayor-elect Leni Robredo and Senate President Chiz Escudero confirmed the Barangay and SK Elections will likely push through on Dec. 1, 2025. Escudero said this was discussed with President Marcos and Speaker Romualdez in a recent LEDAC meeting. Robredo also visited the Senate with Camarines Sur barangay officials for a meeting and courtesy call with senators.
