The Pampanga provincial government has officially secured the land title for Romana Pangan District Hospital in San Jose, Floridablanca, ensuring the hospital’s long-term stability and service to the community.
The nearly one-hectare property was formally turned over to the province through Nanay, representing the local government. This milestone was made possible through the generous donation of Maria Nieves Toledo Gozun and her children.

Officials expressed gratitude for the donation, which guarantees the hospital’s continued operation and expansion to better serve Kapampangans in need of medical care.
LNB president Kap. Flor Gozun was also acknowledged for supporting the initiative, which marks a significant step in securing essential public health infrastructure in the province.
With legal ownership now in place, local leaders can focus on further developing Romana Pangan District Hospital, enhancing healthcare access and services for residents.
The provincial government reaffirmed its commitment to expanding public health programs, ensuring that hospitals across Pampanga remain equipped to address community needs.
This land turnover strengthens Pampanga’s healthcare system, securing a vital facility for future generations of Kapampangans.
