ANGELES CITY – The Rotary Club Cluster 3B, on Wednesday, July 30, mobilized relief operations to aid residents in Macabebe town who were severely affected by the recent flooding caused by successive Typhoons Crising, Dante, and Emong in many parts of Luzon.
Over 200 families in Barangay Sta. Lutgarda received relief goods and food packs including vitamins and bottled water.

Rainier Spillers, Rotary Club Dau president, said the initiative aims to provide immediate assistance to residents whose livelihoods have been severely disrupted by the flooding.
“We conduct relief operations not only to offer aid, but to reach those who are often overlooked,” Spillers said. “As Rotarians, it’s our duty to extend humanitarian service to show up, step in, and remind people they’re not alone. This is what Rotary is all about. Service above self. Always,” he added.
According to Spillers, the effort is part of a wider relief drive led by Rotary Club District 3790 governor Dan Torres, who called on nearly 100 clubs to assist. Spillers said Cluster 3B is committed to helping communities in times of need.
The Cluster 3B is composed of nine Rotary Clubs under District 3790 which includes Rotary Clubs of Angeles Kuliat, Angeles Midtown, Balibago, Clarkfield, Dau, Pampanga North, Mabalacat, Mabalacat Clark, and Magalang.
