SANTA RITA, Pampanga – The Municipality of Santa Rita officially opened the legislative term of its 11th Sangguniang Bayan on Monday, July 7, during an inaugural session held at the newly inaugurated SB Session Hall.
Presided over by Vice Mayor Ferdinand Salalila, the session marked the start of the Bayung Santa Rita administration’s legislative work and highlighted the importance of collaboration between the executive and legislative branches.
Mayor Reynan Calo delivered a message of unity and partnership, urging local officials to prioritize public service and shared leadership.
“Ang ating tagumpay ay tagumpay ng bawat Ritenian,” Calo said. “Let us work together to build a more responsive, people-centered local government.”
Both branches pledged to work hand-in-hand to deliver on the administration’s vision of inclusive growth and improved governance for all Ritenians.
