The Municipality of Santa Rita, Pampanga formally opened the Caloguran Center on Friday, September 5, 2025, immediately after the First Friday Mass for LGU employees in celebration of Civil Service Month.
Located at the left wing of the Municipal Hall, the center was established under Executive Order No. 1 by Mayor Reynan S. Calo to serve as a one-stop shop for social assistance services.
The facility centralizes programs such as medical aid, hospital bill assistance, funeral support, and burial assistance, with requirements readily available for easy processing.
Mayor Calo said the initiative reflects the “Bayung Santa Rita” vision of accessible, efficient, and compassionate governance, ensuring that every Ritenian can avail themselves of vital support with dignity.
