Motorists traveling via the Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) will pay higher toll rates beginning September 9, 2025, after the Toll Regulatory Board approved the implementation of pending adjustments from 2021 and 2023, according to NLEX Corp., the expressway’s operator.
