Corporation VP for Tollway Development and Engineering Nemesio Castillo, DPWH Secretary Mark Villar, NLEX Corporation COO Raul Ignacio, and DPWH Region 3 Director Roseller Tolentino conducted an inspection of the tunnel at the Subic Freeport Expressway (SFEX) Capacity Expansion Project on Wednesday.
