A member of Sangguniang Kabataan and two others were arrested on Sunday in a buy-bust inside a suspected drug den in Barangay Capaya 2, Angeles City.
The PDEA Region 3 identified the suspects as Elmer Mallari, 37; Abegail Dizon, 36; and an SK member in Capaya; According to the PDEA R3, the subject of the operation was Mallari, who was on the PDEA-PNP drug watchlist.
Seized from the three were at least 15 grams of shabu worth P103,500, drug paraphernalia, a .38 pistol loaded with two live bullets, and the marked money.
The entrapment operation was conducted by joint operatives of PDEA Aurora and the Pampanga police. The three suspects will be charged with violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
