Ninoy Sarcida, senior marketing manager of SM Accessories, said the academy aims to teach little girls Regal How-tos (how to sit like a lady; how to walk, sit, and stand with confidence; how to make proper introductions) Royal Etiquette (saying hello and goodbye; saying please and thank you), and Banquet Manners (use eating utensils properly and table manners).
Participants clad in princesses’ gowns also enjoyed some sweets and drinks at a high tea party, received certificates, joined photo ops, and paraded at the mall.
The girls were able to join the Princess Academy after presenting a single receipt of P1,500 from the SM Kids and Children’s Accessories and Character Shop Departments.
SM City Tarlac has held the same princess workshop last week. Other malls that will have the same workshop will be SM City Dasmariñas, SM Megamall, SM City Lipa, SM City Cebu and SM City Lanang.
