
In a continued effort to uplift communities and promote inclusive growth, SM Store Olongapo Central held its annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Day on October 17 at Iram II Elementary School, home to many Indigenous People (IP) students, predominantly from the Aeta community.

The outreach benefited 150 students, supported by 25 dedicated teachers, and was made possible through the efforts of 15 volunteers who dedicated their day to giving back.

The following items were provided to chosen beneficiaries: 110 pairs of new shoes 150 care kits containing hygiene essentials Cleaning materials to help maintain a clean and healthy learning environment Snacks and refreshments to bring smiles to the children The initiative mobilizes numerous volunteer teams to support thousands of beneficiaries, with a focus on areas like education and community development.
SM employees have dedicated their volunteer hours to these activities.
