San Miguel Corporation’s (SMC) nationwide “Ligtas Lahat” vaccination drive for A4 workers now reached Bataan as they officially opened their vaccination center at the Municipality of Limay, Monday morning.
Through the partnership with the local governments of Bataan and Limay, SMC and Petron top executives and officials led by Ms. Cecille Ang joined local officials headed by Governor Abet Garcia in inaugurating the 20th vaccination site in the province that can accommodate 300 persons per day.
San Miguel’s COVID19 vaccination program also covers major cities outside Metro Manila, where the company has significant operations and employees, in support of the government’s aggressive efforts to immunize essential workers and fast-track the country’s economic recovery.
National Task Force Against COVID19 deputy chief implementer, Sec. Vince Dizon graced the event.
Also present during the event were Vice Governor Cris Garcia, Bataan 2nd District Rep. Jose Enrique “Joet” Garcia III, Limay Mayor Nelson David, Vice Mayor Richie David, BM Iya Roque, Provincial Administrator Geoff Loyola, PHO chief Dr. Rosanna Buccahan and Bataan PIO Angel Ortiz Luis- Lara.
