MABALACAT, Pampanga — SM Development Corporation (SMDC) has officially launched Symphony Homes, a 28-hectare house-and-lot development in Barangay Atlu-Bola, Mabalacat City, offering modern suburban living with a complete set of lifestyle amenities.
