Department of Agriculture for Livestocks Asec Dr. Enrico Garzon and Dr. Arlyn Vytiaco of Bureau of Animal Industry present a copy of the amended memorandum circular no 9 series of 2017 to Sto Tomas Mayor John Sambo, allowing the towns of Pampanga outside the 7-kilometer radius control to move live birds, poultry meat, day old chicks, eggs, semen, manure and other products with shipping permit and Veterinary Health Certificate issued by government veterinarian.
