TARLAC CITY — Tarlac City celebrates this week its 21st charter anniversary with civic activities to mark the occasion.
“As we celebrate our cityhood anniversary, we are also celebrating our milestone achievements that highlights and ignite the spirit of unity and pride for Tarlac City,” Mayor Cristy Angeles said.
This year’s celebration continues to bring opportunities, investment, employment, livelihood and recognizing the role and contribution of women in the development of the city.
“For this year, one of the new activities is the LGBTQ Pride Day giving them an opportunity to recognize their significant roles in the community,” Angeles stressed.
Other activities lined up include Inauguration of the new Multi-Purpose Convention Hall, Job Fair, Adobe Cooking Competition, Women’s Night, Zumba Glow Party, Barangay Night, Music Festival, Night Market and Banchetto.
