In Candaba, Team Baylon led by Mayoral aspirant Aniway Baylon and Vice Mayoral bet Andy Gulapa has officially filed their Certificates of Candidacy (COC).
The team, which include councilors Jayr Dela Pena, Jun Gatus, Lyca Basa, Joel Tan, Ricky Calma, and Cha Manarang, is dedicated to promoting unity, sustainable development, and improved public services for the community.
