CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Provincial Office resumed the distribution of allowances to scholars as Pampanga shifted to a Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine.
These include 75 scholar-graduates who have successfully completed their skills training under the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act-Tertiary Education Subsidy 2019 (UAQTEA-TES 2019) and 69 under the Special Training for Employment Program 2019 (STEP 2019).
“The training allowances that we distributed will surely be of big help to their families amidst this pandemic aside from the fact that they have attended a free training with free assessment,” TESDA Provincial Director Eric Ueda said.

“They completed the program at the J. C. E. Advance Technical School and Assessment Center Inc. Each training was participated by 25 scholars,” Ueda disclosed.
