The much-awaited sequel to Tom Cruise’s “Top Gun” is now screening at SM Clark, Pampanga, Olongapo Central, Tarlac, and Cabanatuan Cinemas.
Top Gun Maverick is a film directed by Joseph Kosinski tells the story of Pete “Maverick” Mitchell (Cruise). Mitchell finds where he belongs after more than thirty years as one of the Navy’s greatest aviators, pushing the edge as a brave test pilot but avoiding the advancement in rank that would ground him.
Maverick meets Lt. Bradley Bradshaw (Miles Teller), call sign: “Rooster,” the son of Maverick’s late friend and Radar Intercept Officer Lt. Nick Bradshaw, aka “Goose,” while training a detachment of Top Gun grads for a specialized mission the likes of which no living pilot has ever seen.
Maverick is driven into a confrontation with his own greatest fears as he faces an uncertain future and confronts the demons of his past, ending in a mission that requires the ultimate sacrifice from those chosen to fly it.
