SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga- “We expect a lot from you. You, above all, should abide by the law.”

This was the appeal of Vice- Governor Dennis ‘Delta’ Pineda as he encouraged some 5,490 barangay officials yesterday, in connection for the upcoming May 13 midterm elections.

The Vice Governor believes that as servant leaders, they should be the catalysts of fair and honest elections.
