MEXICO, Pampanga – The Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Third Judicial Region, has issued a warrant of arrest against Estelito Pamintuan Lim, also known as Shiwen Lim, for three counts of estafa.
Presiding Judge Richard Gazzingan Evangelista signed the warrant on August 11, 2025, directing “any officer of the law” to take Lim into custody.
Lim, a Pampanga third district board member and former social media personality, faces separate legal troubles, including a recent court order garnishing his bank accounts over unpaid debts.
