BALER, Aurora — A total of PhP 423,000 worth of farm inputs were received by a women’s group in barangay Paleg, Dinalungan town from Department of Labor and Employment and provincial government of Aurora.
The beneficiaries, who are members of Samahan ng mga Kababaihang Igorot, got pesticides, fertilizers, sprayers and other farming equipment.
Vice Governor Christian Noveras encouraged the women to enrich the farm inputs which will be used as the main capital to the business of their choice.
“Work together in developing and growing the assistance given to you. Do not let this opportunity go to waste,” he said.
Noveras also cited the other assistance offered by the provincial government including free medical services and free consultation on legal advice.
