CLARK FREEPORT – The Yokohama Tire Philippines, Inc. (YTPI) is donating 400 packs of cleaning and hygiene supplies to Ilagan in Isabela to support the local government’s relief efforts.
Tetsuya Nagao, YTPI president and chief executive officer on Monday (Nov. 23) led the loading of said relief goods from YTPI to the Northern Luzon Command (NOLCOM) KM 250 military truck bound for Isabela.
Nagao said the donation of 40 boxes containing a total of 400 packs of cleaning and hygiene supplies is the company’s contribution to families affected by typhoon Ulysses.
The donation is part of the company’s Yokohama Cares program.
Aside from donating relief goods to Isabela, the YTPI employee-volunteers on November 24 will distribute relief goods to 150 families and ready to eat meals to 180 indigents in Barangay San Juan in San Simon, Pampanga.
