Angeles City, PAMPANGA – Some Zambales cooperatives recently underwent a 3-day business operations and management training held at Grace Crown Hotel, Balibago, this city.
The business training from May 22 to 23 was spearheaded by the Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) under the Regional Project Coordination Office (RPCO III).
According to Business Development Officer Veronica Limpin, the training aims to impart the principles of operational management and values to bring about personality development with regards to the different behavioral dimensions that have far reaching significance in the direction of organizational effectiveness and project success.
Among the participants were also beneficiaries of small livelihood projects (SLP) from PRDP.
Meanwhile, Learning Facilitator Hector T. Villegas Jr. led the group activities and interactions that promote good leadership and values formation.
Villegas was given recognition for imparting his knowledge and sharing his expertise as resource speaker of the event.
The said beneficiaries were also presented with certificate of completion for finishing the 3-day business training. —
