PTEPC Seminar. Pampanga-Tarlac Energy Press Corps President Jose “Jay” Pelayo IV (standing at center) with officers and members of PTEPC held a free seminar on basic journalism, digital communications and community relations among various electric cooperative representatives in Pampanga, Tarlac and Nueva Ecija. The seminar was held at Park-Inn by Radisson and this was made in partnership with PIA Region 3 and NGCP.
