Murder suspect Jerwinsir Dapar Leosa of Barangay Anunas surrenders to Mayor Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr. at the mayor’s office on Thursday morning. According to Brgy. Anunas Captain Augusto Flores, Leosa approached him at his office and wants to surrender to the mayor. Leosa committed a crime in Biliran, Iloilo last July 23, 2019 and returned to Angeles City two days after to see his family first and later surrender.
