“Naniniwala ako na ang ating mga SK chairman at SK kagawad ay worthy manalo at lubhang may magagawa upang maimpluwensyahan para sa kabutihan ang ating mga kabataan,” Villanueva, the guest of honor, said.
Governor Wilhelmino M. Sy–Alvarado explained to the young public servants the role that they will face as they enter a new chapter in their life.
He said the youths of today are fortunate because they can now enroll and achieve their education for free.
“You are all considered so lucky because the youth today is not like before, You have free education from elementary, secondary, tertiary, public colleges and universities all over the country under the constitutions,” the governor said.
Also, Sen. Ejercito believed that SK chairmen and councilors are the ones that could handle the ‘change’ that will start from them.

He also called on all SK officials to practice unity, which plays an important role in the development of society.
