3 African nationals held for drugs, guns in Mabalacat City

Camp Olivas — Three African nationals were arrested on Tuesday in Mabalacat City, Pampanga for illegal possession of firearms, and drugs.

Members of the CIDG Pampanga and Angeles City, together with the Mabalacat City police launched an operation at Apt No. 3-C 8892 on Bagong Lipunan Street,  Homesite, Bgy. Duquit, Mabalacat City,  against African national Enzo Omgba, who escaped in an SUV with plate no.TOQ 865.

Three fellow Africans of Enzo who were at his house were nabbed — Flabien Jerome Noah Omgba, Yves Emmanuel, and  Bidias Wanko.
Seized from them were a .45 pistol, a .380 gun, two magazines for .45 pistol, two magazines for .22 gun, assorted live bullets, five plastic sachets containing shabu, two plastic sachets of dried marijuana, two plastic sachets containing 45 pieces of suspected Ecstacy pills worth P250,000.

The foreigners will be charged with violations of  R. A. 9165 and RA 10591.
PRO3 director Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon commended the operating troops, adding: “With the stern implementation of the Intensified Cleanliness Policy of the PNP chief Gen. Guillermo Eleazar in Central Luzon, lawless elements and criminals have lesser opportunity to carry out their nefarious acts.”
