CAMP OLIVAS, Pampanga-Four drug suspects were arrested in different anti-illegal drug operations conducted by Olongapo City at Brgy. Pag-asa and Gordon Heights recently.
Based on the report of PCol. Benjamin Sembrano, City Director of Olongapo City PNP, buy-bust operations was conducted recently by the Drug Enforcement Unit and City Intelligence Branch of Olongapo City Police Office that resulted in the arrest of drug personalities identified as Magnolia Chan y Ignacio aka Maya, 22 years old, resident of Morong, Bataan; Bhob Christian Andrade NMN aka Bhob, 22 years old, resident of Brgy. Sta.Rita; Benjamin Hernandez y Mayo aka BJ, 25 years old, resident of Brgy. East Bajac-bajac and Muslimen Berca y Gutok, 42 years old, resident of Brgy. Pag-asa all were included in PNP-PDEA unified drug watch list.
Confiscated were forty one heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of “shabu” with an approximate weight of 150 grams with estimated street value of Php500,000.00; one plastic sachet of suspected marijuana fruiting tops with approx weight of 5.70 grams with street value of P500.00 and buy-bust money; a plastic canister containing 130 tablets of suspected party drugs, two pieces of glass tube tooter with suspected marijuana residue, one disposable lighter and two sets of rolling papers,and one piece Glock 19 pistol with serial numbers AAAK806 with one magazine loaded with fifteen live 9mm ammunition.
The arrested suspects and seized pieces of evidence were brought to Olongapo City Crime Laboratory for appropriate examination, while criminal charges against the suspects are being prepared for filing in court.
