A total of 612 permanent employees of the Local Government of San Fernando have renewed their health cards.
The employees’ health cards were renewed through the efforts of the City Human Resource Management Office in partnership with the Philippine British Assurance Company-COCOLIFE.
The ceremonial distribution of health cards during Monday’s flag ceremony was led by Mayor Edwin Santiago, Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin, together with the representatives from PhilBritish led by Asst. Vice President Atty. Jennifer Juanillo.
They were also joined by Officer-in-Charge of City Administrator’s Office Atty. Atlee Viray, CHRM Officer Rachelle Yusi and City Health Officer Dr. Eloisa Aquino.
