CAMP AGUINALDO, Quezon City- The 355th Aviation Engineer Wing of the Philippine Air Force and the Marine Wing Support Squadron 174 of the U.S. Marine Corps are joining forces in preparation for Balikatan 40-25 through the construction of a Multi-Purpose Facility in Brgy. Dagupan, Lal-lo, Cagayan.
The construction started on March 24 and is expected to be completed on May 07. The Multi-Purpose Facility is one of the Engineering Civic Action Program (ENCAP) sites for Exercise Balikatan 40-2025.
This initiative underscores the AFP’s commitment to strengthening its capabilities and fostering stronger partnerships with allied forces in support of regional security and community development.
