
ANGELES CITY—Yokohama Tire Philippines, Inc. (YTPI) was among the organizations honored during Holy Angel University’s (HAU) Donors’ Appreciation Day held on March 21, 2025, at Casa Nena, Saint Therese of Lisieux Building, Angeles City.
Organized by HAU’s Scholarships and Grants Office in partnership with the Alumni Relations Office, the event acknowledged corporate and individual donors whose contributions have played a significant role in supporting the university’s scholarship programs. YTPI’s Public Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (PR-CSR) team received a Certificate of Appreciation for the company’s continued support for student development initiatives.

To date, YTPI has supported 19 scholars at HAU, with three currently enrolled and 15 already graduated. Six of these graduates are now part of YTPI’s workforce, exemplifying the company’s dedication to providing not only educational assistance but also long-term employment opportunities.
YTPI’s scholarship efforts form part of its broader CSR mission focused on education, community development, and social responsibility. The company said it remains committed to strengthening partnerships with educational institutions to help shape the future of the country’s youth.
