Philippine Army troops and U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) forces are sharpening their warfighting capabilities through a series of subject matter expert exchanges (SMEEs) under Exercise Salaknib 2025, currently underway in Fort Magsaysay, Nueva Ecija.
On April 1, Filipino and American signal units conducted joint training on radio communication, including hands-on exercises on operating shared equipment, integrating digital assets, and building communication lines. The activity aimed to enhance interoperability and coordination between both military forces as part of the 10th iteration of the bilateral exercise.
