MANILA, Philippines – Malacañang has approved a half-day work arrangement for government offices on Holy Wednesday, April 16, allowing work-from-home operations from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 n.n., with work suspended for the rest of the day.
The announcement was made through a memorandum released by the Presidential Communications Office, in line with the observance of Holy Week. Agencies providing essential and frontline services, however, are expected to maintain operations as needed.
