To ensure high standards of safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness, SM City Olongapo Central, SM City Olongapo Downtown, SM City Bataan and SM City Tarlac successfully conducted their Annual Joint Tactical Inspection (JTI) for security and janitorial personnel on April 23 at SMX Convention Center, SM City Olongapo Central.
The annual inspection ensures that both security and janitorial teams are not only properly equipped but also aligned with the standards and protocols expected in their respective roles.
Certificates of commendation were awarded to outstanding personnel who demonstrated exceptional performance and professionalism during the inspection.
Olongapo City Police Office Director PCol Charlie D. Umayam was the Guest of Honor and Speaker in the said event, “Let’s be proactive in our chosen field, so that we can build a secure environment that cultivates confidence in all your customers, “he said.
The Joint Tactical Inspection is one of the annual exercises observed in all SM Supermalls nationwide that aims to promote discipline, accountability, and service excellence among its personnel.
