Garbage trucks entering Purok 1, in Barangay Planas, Porac, Pampanga, continue to dump residual wastes at the Prime Waste Solutions, a Materials Recovery Facility (MRF). This truck which is not properly covered was seen traversing Purok 1 on Tuesday morning. Residents of Barangay Planas were already complaining of the foul smell being emitted by the passing trucks. They fear this would pose health hazards as the MRF apparently becomes a big dumpsite.
