ANGELES CITY, Pampanga – Mayor Carmelo “Jon” Lazatin II and his brother, 1st District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin Jr., have called for swift justice in the killing of Chinnie Mae Tiglao, a 25-year-old nail artist found dead in her home in Barangay Lourdes Sur East on July 4.
Mayor Jon Lazatin has ordered the Angeles City Police Office (ACPO), led by PCol Joselito Villarosa Jr., to conduct a full and immediate investigation into the crime.
“I have instructed our local police to leave no stone unturned,” the mayor said in a statement. “We will not tolerate violence in our community.”
Congressman Lazatin also condemned the killing and offered a ₱50,000 cash reward from his personal funds to anyone who can provide information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
The Lazatin brothers both emphasized the importance of public cooperation in solving the case. “I call on our kabalens to support the investigation,” said Mayor Lazatin.
ACPO has begun gathering evidence and is working to identify the suspect behind the gruesome crime.
Authorities are urging anyone with information to report to the Angeles City Police.
