MANILA, Philippines – The Office of the Vice President (OVP), under Vice President Sara Duterte, has earned the highest audit rating from the Commission on Audit (COA), reflecting strong financial management and transparency in public service.

In its annual report released on July 9, COA granted the OVP an unmodified opinion—the best possible rating—indicating that its financial statements for the fiscal year were presented fairly and in accordance with government accounting standards and regulations.

The unmodified opinion affirms that the OVP, led by Duterte, maintained accurate, complete, and accountable financial records throughout the year, strengthening its standing as one of the best-performing government agencies in terms of fiscal discipline.

The COA audit rating serves as a key indicator of integrity and good governance, reinforcing the OVP’s commitment to responsible public service.
