
Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga — In a shared commitment to uplift the well-being of the community and promote healthcare excellence, The Medical City Clark formally signed a partnership agreement with the Clark Investors and Locators Association (CILA) in a ceremony held at the TMC Clark Multipurpose Hall.
Representing TMC Clark was Mr. Andrew B. Meadows, a member of The Medical City’s Board of Directors. CILA was represented by its President, Mr. Francisco Villanueva, Jr., Ph.D., alongside key members of the organization. Also serving as official witnesses to the agreement were Ms. Janine May P. Samala, Head of Sales and Marketing for The Medical City Clark, and Mr. Radito Tuazon, Corporate Secretary of CILA.

This partnership aims to strengthen access to high-quality medical care for CILA members and their legal dependents through dedicated access and exclusive rates at The Medical City Clark. Under the agreement:
∙ CILA members are entitled to up to 15% discount on inpatient hospitalization and 10% discount on outpatient services.
∙ Their declared dependents will enjoy up to 10% discount on inpatient care and 7% on outpatient services.
∙ Emergency medical services, including ambulance use, will also be discounted by 5% for both members and dependents.
This collaboration stands as a testament to the two institutions’ aligned vision of enabling accessible, world-class healthcare within the Clark Freeport Zone and beyond.
