
PAMPANGA, Philippines – Pampanga Governor Lilia “Nanay” Pineda on Tuesday, July 23, sent aid to residents evacuated to the covered court of Barangay Tinajero after floodwaters rose to dangerous levels.
Aside from food packs, the provincial government distributed mats, gallons of drinking water, portalets, and tents to assist families displaced by the rising water.

According to the Pampanga Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (PDRRMO), the flood reached over four feet as of 1:00 pm, prompting the local government to implement force evacuation procedures in affected areas.


Photos shared by the Pampanga PIO show evacuees setting up temporary shelters with the donated items while awaiting floodwaters to recede.

The local government continues to monitor the situation and provide essential support to affected communities.
