LUBAO, Pampanga – Lubao Municipal Police Station (MPS) personnel joined forces with the local government and the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to reinforce a damaged portion of land near the Sta. Rita Dam using sandbags. Led by PLTCOL Dedrick M. Relativo, the team responded to the combined impact of Typhoon Dante and the southwest monsoon or habagat. The preventive effort aims to shield nearby communities from further flooding and ensure public safety. Authorities praised the police force’s swift response and dedication in assisting disaster mitigation efforts across flood-prone areas in the municipality.
