JDN Realty Group extends relief to communities

SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga—JDN Realty Group, in partnership with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), conducted a relief distribution effort to support families affected by the recent typhoon in Pampanga and Pangasinan.

Under the leadership of President and CEO Aaron B. Montenegro, the initiative was carried out through the company’s corporate social responsibility program, Juan HEART (Helping Everyone Attain Resilience and Transformation), in collaboration with DSWD’s Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP).

The relief effort benefited 500 families from key areas in San Fernando City, Alaminos City, and Dagupan City. Distribution activities took place on July 29, with JDN volunteers and DSWD staff delivering grocery packs to Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) beneficiaries in Barangays San Nicolas, San Felipe, and Del Pilar.

Simultaneous outreach efforts were carried out in Pangasinan, with Borealis Corporation (Nepo Mall Dagupan) and Wespan Development Corporation (Nepo Mart Alaminos) mobilizing to aid local communities in Dagupan and Alaminos City.

Priority recipients included vulnerable groups such as persons with disabilities, at-risk children, and women beneficiaries of the Haven for Women program.

Montenegro emphasized that the initiative reflects the company’s long-term commitment to social development. “This initiative truly embodied the spirit of bayanihan, showing our company is not just building spaces but building relationships with our communities through collaboration with other significant organizations,” he said.

JDN Realty Group continues to engage in outreach programs across regions, reinforcing its role not only as a property developer but as a partner in community resilience and recovery.
