ANGELES CITY, Pampanga – On behalf of Pampanga First District Representative Carmelo “Pogi” Lazatin, Jr., Chief Political Affairs Officer Reina Manuel met with personnel from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) on August 5, 2025, to discuss the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS) Program.
Leading the DSWD delegation was PTL Maria Fe Evaristo, with discussions centered on strengthening the delivery of immediate aid to constituents facing medical, financial, and emergency needs.
Also present were Political Affairs Officer III Mina Cabiles and Political Affairs Officer II Irish Llego, who expressed continued support for the efficient rollout of AICS across the first district.
The meeting highlights the Lazatin office’s commitment to collaborate closely with national agencies to ensure social services reach those most in need.
