PORAC, Pampanga — The Municipal Government of Porac officially named Albert Soto as the new Acting Municipal Treasurer during Monday’s flag-raising ceremony led by the Municipal Agricultural Services Office (MASO).
The event also highlighted MASO’s comprehensive programs for farmers, fisherfolk, and livestock raisers, including rice and corn production support, high-value crop development, livestock vaccination, mechanization, and disaster preparedness initiatives.
Municipal Human Resources Officer Crystal Joy Pineda formally introduced Soto to local officials and employees. Vice Mayor Jen Capil, meanwhile, presented the recent accomplishments of the 12th Sangguniang Bayan, citing their participation in the Provincial Government’s LEAD Program and the DILG’s NEO Orientation, and shared key learnings from both activities.
