CITY OF SAN FERNANDO – Handcrafted bayong, Capiz lamps, and dry bouquets by Pampanga district jail inmates wowed Gov. Lilia “Nanay” Pineda. The Capitol ordered 1,000 baskets for Christmas giveaways and will integrate the project into its livelihood programs with the Department of Labor and Employment.
