MANILA – President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has signed a law postponing the Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) elections to December, moving the polls to the first Monday of November 2026 and every four years thereafter. The measure aims to give current officials more time to implement local programs.
