Cignal HD Spikers’ Erika Santos proved she’s one of the brightest young stars in Philippine volleyball after bagging the Most Valuable Player (MVP) award in the 2025 Premier Volleyball League (PVL) On Tour.
The former La Salle Lady Spiker dominated her debut tournament with Cignal, finishing as the top scorer of the preliminaries with 87 points (78 attacks, 6 blocks, 3 aces)—tying veteran Myla Pablo. Santos also led the spiking department with a 37.50% efficiency rate, solidifying her reputation as a rising offensive powerhouse.
The MVP plum marks Santos’ first major individual accolade in the professional ranks, capping a breakthrough season that has firmly established her as the HD Spikers’ go-to opposite hitter.
