Santa Rita bolsters peace and anti-drug drive

The Municipality of Santa Rita gathered its Municipal Peace and Order Council (MPOC) and Municipal Anti-Drug Abuse Council (MADAC) for a joint meeting at the Municipal Hall Conference Room to strengthen coordination in ensuring community safety.

The session, presided over by LGOO Armee Joyce Sumang, featured updates from PMaj. Jose Bandong II, chief of police; FINSP Mayline V. Santos, acting municipal fire marshal; and Amir M. Estanislao, assistant provincial officer of PDEA.

Mayor Reynan S. Calo expressed full support for the initiative, stressing that under the vision of Bayung Santa Rita, the local government remains firm in its stance against illegal drugs and committed to the welfare of all Ritenians.

Santa Rita, he said, will continue working with partner agencies to build a safer, more secure, and drug-free community.
