CDC ranks 9th among top GOCC dividend contributors

CLARK FREEPORT — Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has been cited as the ninth top dividend contributor among government-owned and -controlled corporations (GOCCs) during the GOCC Day ceremony held at Malacañang Palace on September 16, 2025.

CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera received the Certificate of Recognition from President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Finance Secretary Ralph Recto for the corporation’s ₱2.488-billion dividend remittance for 2024.

The amount, representing 71 percent of CDC’s audited net income, marked a 38-percent increase from its ₱1.8-billion remittance in 2023. In 2022, CDC remitted ₱1.21 billion, bringing its total contributions under the Marcos administration to ₱5.5 billion.

This year, 53 GOCCs remitted a total of ₱116.84 billion in dividends to the Bureau of the Treasury, with 15 firms contributing at least ₱1 billion each.

CDC Chairman Edgardo Pamintuan and members of the Board of Directors also attended the event led by the Department of Finance.
