CLARK FREEPORT— Clark Development Corp. (CDC) highlighted its streamlined and investor-focused systems during the visit of Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) officials to the Clark Freeport Zone on September 19, 2025.

Led by Director General and Secretary Ernesto Perez, the ARTA delegation toured CDC’s Business One-Stop Shop (BOSS), where they were briefed on the agency’s efficient processes and services for locators and investors. The group also joined a rolling tour of the Freeport Zone, which featured ongoing tourism and investment developments.

CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera welcomed the delegation and led the meet-and-greet session that concluded the visit. Under her leadership, CDC continues to promote transparent, responsive, and business-friendly systems across the Freeport.
