CLARK FREEPORT—The Clark Development Corporation (CDC) has reaffirmed its support for the Anti-Red Tape Authority’s (ARTA) initiatives to improve government service delivery and promote good governance.

As part of this effort, CDC recently hosted an orientation-writeshop on the implementation of the Citizen’s Charter and Harmonized Client Satisfaction Measurement (CSM) Report for local water districts in Central Luzon.

The event, held on October 8 at the Clark Events and Conference Hall, brought together representatives from 25 water districts across the region.

“Water is at the heart of development,” he said while underscoring how public service efficiency contributes to community sustainability.

CDC Vice President for Legal Affairs Atty. Gloria Victoria Taruc, speaking on behalf of CDC President and CEO Atty. Agnes VST Devanadera, welcomed the participants and acknowledged the critical role of water districts in ensuring access to safe and reliable water services.
